Who We Help

Chiropractic Care for People Who Train

Whether you lift, take functional fitness classes or train on your own, nagging tightness in your hips, back and shoulders can stall your progress. At Tenet Chiropractic & Wellness in Doylestown, Dr. Vladislav Shvidko combines chiropractic adjustments with hands-on soft tissue work so you can keep training consistently.

This page is for gym-goers, lifters, group-fitness regulars and coaches in Doylestown and across Bucks County who want to train hard without fighting the same tight spots every week.

Why It Keeps Coming Back

Tight Hips and Shoulders Can Stall Your Training

Heavy, repeated loading asks a lot of your hips, low back and shoulders. When a muscle is strained or overworked, your nervous system often holds it tight to protect it. That guarding can linger for weeks, limiting your depth, your overhead position and how well you recover between sessions.

  • Foam rolling and stretching that loosen you up for a day, then the tightness returns
  • Quick adjustments that never address the muscles pulling on your hips and spine
  • Being told to "just rest," when time off alone doesn't release guarded muscles

How We Help Lifters

1. Get a clear picture. A movement and posture assessment with range-of-motion testing for your hips, spine and shoulders.

2. Build your custom plan. Chiropractic adjustments plus the level of soft tissue therapy your body needs.

3. Get back to training. With guarded muscles released and joints moving well, you train with guidance to help the results last.
