Chiropractic
Chiropractic Care begins with a thorough assessment of your posture, movement, and joint function. Based on your examination, chiropractic adjustments are used to restore joint mobility and nervous system function, while individualized myofascial release therapies may be incorporated to address muscle tension and improve recovery.

Chiropractic care at Tenet starts with understanding how you move. Every visit is unhurried, one-on-one time with Dr. Vladislav Shvidko inside the Doylestown Tennis Club, from your assessment to your last adjustment.
Who it suits best: active adults in Doylestown and Bucks County with neck pain, back pain, stiffness or tightness that keeps coming back.
What Your Assessment Checks
- Posture, standing and seated
- Movement patterns in the way you bend, reach, rotate and load
- Range of motion through your neck, back, shoulders and hips
- Joint function and areas of restriction
- Muscle tension and the areas your nervous system is guarding
How Adjustments Help
Chiropractic adjustments are used to restore joint mobility and nervous system function. When muscles are guarding, Dr. Shvidko adds soft tissue work, from IASTM and cupping therapy up to NIMMOCARE® trigger point therapy, so the muscles pulling on your joints are addressed too.
Conditions We Treat
Neck pain and stiffness
Adjustments to the neck and upper back, plus work on tight neck and shoulder muscles, so turning your head and looking up feel easier.
Low back pain
Restoring motion in the low back and hips while releasing guarded back muscles that make bending and lifting stiff.
Tension headaches
Addressing tight neck and shoulder muscles and restricted joints in the upper neck that are often linked to tension headaches.
Postural strain
Care for the neck, mid-back and shoulders that hold you up through long days at a desk or behind the wheel.
Mobility limitations and chronic stiffness
Improving joint motion and releasing guarded muscles so everyday movement feels easier.
Sports recovery
Keeping tennis players, runners and lifters moving well between matches, runs and training sessions.

Your Chiropractic Visit
What happens at my first visit?
Your first visit starts with a movement and posture assessment, including range-of-motion testing, to see how your joints and muscles are working. Dr. Shvidko explains what he finds and tailors your treatment from there.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Athletic wear works well.
Will I be sore after an adjustment?
Some people feel mild soreness for a day, similar to after a workout. It usually eases quickly. Drink water and keep moving gently.
How often will I need to come in?
It depends on what Dr. Shvidko finds and on your goals. He will recommend a plan after your first visit.
Do you take insurance?
Tenet is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance, so your care is guided by your progress rather than insurance visit limits.
